Pray for Uncle Tom

Pray for my Uncle Tom (pictured here with my Mom last year). He is having open heart surgery tomorrow (Tuesday) at 6:00 AM Central Time. Tom has been battling prostate cancer for several years, and on Friday he had a heart attack. Tom has lived a life of selflessness that we all could learn from. Pray that God will heal him and allow him to continue to be a blessing to his family and friends for many years.

Pics on the Mac

I took some pictures this morning on our "mac cam" - they aren't the best quality but they are current and easy! I don't know if I've ever said this before, but, I love our Mac!!! :)

Some of you may remember this hat that Piercen is wearing....Calisa, a good friend of mine, made this hat for Jackson when he was born. I was going through some bags of clothes today and found (I was kind of looking for it specifically) it. The colors are great...sorry you can't see them! :) Anyway, she was in Colorado last weekend for a collegiate race (she's the head xc ski coach at Walla Walla in Washington state) and we didn't get to see her because the boys were really sick. But, at least we have this awesome hat she made! Thanks Calisa!

I should get the pictures of Jackson in this hat, but, that requires some work finding the disk it's on... :)

Sledding

The boys have really taken to the snow. Our little guys, who can be pretty timid at times, have come out of their shell.
Jackson only made a few pics because by the time he was going down by himself my battery died. But, he went down with daddy quite a bit - Grayson was going down the hill the second we got there, on his belly and full speed - no fear. He did bust his lip but that didn't deter him at all! Sandy and Avery made the page as well as Trevon with Grayson. Here are some pics of the day...

Merry Christmas...a little late

So, things have been a little crazy. We moved into our own little place at the beginning of the month and have been cleaning and adjusting and cleaning ever since. We love sending out Christmas cards but this year we are a little behind. We've taken the pictures but just haven't gotten around to getting something together. This year I did cards for other people (check them out) and hopefully we will get out a card for the new year - maybe with our new address so we can get all your cards that we haven't gotten yet... :)

Mittens

Jackson is such a helper with his baby brother...he loves him and loves on him. He doesn't like it when Piercen cries and absolutely loves to make him laugh. What a blessing to have such a helper and how sweet is it that Jackson just loves him to pieces!
