Grayson fell off the arm of a chair ( a little kids chair) and smacked his face on the concrete. I thought he would have a good black eye but he did more sliding than anything.

Hermie, a Max Lucado character, was at the Christian book store last weekend. We went to see Hermie but the boys were a little overwhelmed with how big he was. It was a fun little outing!

Last weekend we visited Nana Tewie and Papa John (Jobe's mom) in Oklahoma. You'd think going North a bit we'd have some relief from the heat..nope, just as hot! But, the boys stayed relatively cool in the swimming pool and fishing and terrorizing the dogs! We had a great time. I've posted A TON of pictures and did a whole series of the fishing adventure! This pic is Jackson sweeping the lawn.

Jackson loves to water and mostly other people's yards. He was occupied for hours doing this - watering the yard. He would empty the can and then fill it up with the hose and then empty the can and then fill it up again. He was so serious but very cute!

John and Terrie have a pond in their yard that has a ton of bass and perch swimming around. John was determined to help Jackson catch some of them...he caught 4! Jackson had a blast and definitely wore John out! What a great fishing experience for Jackson, Jobe and John! "Thanks 'papa John', for catching a fwish!"

Grayson's favorite thing in life is his blankie and probably his paci, although, this picture would have been so much better without the paci. No paci, no picture...I opted for the picture! :)
