On Sunday we took Jackson to see Miss Patty Cake. She has videos for toddler age that teaches about God and the bible. There aren't many Christian series that are interactive for the little guys. She gets two thumbs up in our house. The only downside is the songs are pretty catchy and Jobe and I sing them in our sleep! Jackson is in love with her but wasn't too excited about the live thing. He was much more into all the people and other kids around. Maybe next year.

Trevon and Sandy Stoltzfus are one of the biggest reasons our hearts are still in Fort Collins. They had their first daughter, Avery Joy, on October 10. We just wanted to share this with our friends and family that know them. We love you guys!!

It's only fitting when you're in Wisconsin...

Is that a dog Gramps?
Posted by Picasa

It doesn't look that cold but it was...single digits maybe?
Posted by Picasa

Ready for the Wisconsin cold - I don't think he is quite sure what to do with the mittens. But he was pretty thankful he had them on when he went outside!

Grayson is a little freakish about this blue elephant. He sucks and chews on this like it's the only food he ever gets. When it gets out of his reach he flips out until he has it back again. Here he is VERY intent on getting the elephant back into his mouth.

So Cute!

Jackson's new favorite thing to do is look at the "dawg" website. We found this site through a friend of mine - it's her daughters favorite place to go as well. Jackson climbs up on the chair and points to the computer saying, "dawg? dawg? dawg? giggle, giggle dawg? dawg?" Check it out at theslurps.com - make sure you have the volume up on your computer! A close second is the Jay Jay the Jet Plane site. There's a place where you can listen to Jay Jay songs and watch videos. Jackson's favorite is "I'm being followed by the Moon" video - he sings, kind of, along - so cute!

Our Happy boy! Well, the results of Grayson's reflux test were positive - he officially has reflux. For ten minutes the tech watched the milk in Grayson's belly and the opening of his esophagus. We could see the milk reflux up his esophagus into his throat and then back down. The milk also collects in his throat and just sits there until he is upright. Each time this happened Grayson would scream - just like he does at home. A little comforting for me, I have to say, that I'm not imagining things in my lack of sleep state! In a ten minute picture he refluxed 6,7 times. Not the worst case but definitely not a minor one either. Poor guy! As a result, Grayson is taking MUCH more zantac and it is really helping. He is so happy and seems to be sleeping better too - thank goodness! Hopefully we won't get the external part of reflux once he starts cereal!!!
